Pilates is a safe and effective workout through your pregnancy and beyond. I offer group classes and bespoke programmes tailored to your needs and birth experience. These sessions help keep you fit and strong and improve understanding of core and pelvic floor function.

Scared about birth or not sure what to expect on the day? Want to know more about how the body works in labour? My complete antenatal and Hypnobirthing course will give you and your partner the confidence you need to keep calm and prepare for the day.

Massage has many benefits for both you, your partner and your baby. I offer group and private baby massage classes that focus on giving you time to bond with your baby, as well as workshops in self-massage for prenatal relaxation, c section and postnatal healing.
