Pregnancy creates many postural changes in the body which can cause physical stresses and strains. Keeping mobile and strong is vital in helping to alleviate the physical symptoms of pregnancy, as well as preparing you for birth and motherhood.
These classes include a mixture of Pilates, strengthening exercises, breathing techniques and stretches which are safe and effective for the prenatal body and adapted to suit your stage of pregnancy.
Online classes will be delivered weekly by Zoom, and will be available for a limited time if you cannot make the live class. As a class attendee you’ll also receive a weekly newsletter to provide you with further tips and advice about staying active and healthy throughout your pregnancy.
