Pregnancy causes many postural changes, but that doesn’t mean you have to live in pain. Pilates is a safe and effective way to stay fit through pregnancy and prepare you for the physical demands of motherhood. It can help with conditions such as S.I. joint pain and PSD.
In these classes we focus on pelvic floor awareness, keeping the body mobile and strong, and breathing techniques for childbirth.
