Are you unsure how to return to exercise safely after having your baby? Have you had pain in your pelvis or lower back which is preventing you from moving or functioning well? Or do you want to get strong to deal with the demands of motherhood?

Postnatal recovery is as individual as each mother and it’s important to get the right information for your body. This is a holistic programme that combines functional exercises, massage techniques and nutritional advice to restore your posture, core and pelvic floor. 

And it’s not just for new mothers. Postnatal issues can continue for years to come or resurface during the menopause.

How does it work?

An initial consultation is followed by four follow up sessions. You will be given access to online resources and a workbook to help you practice between sessions. Email and phone support is also available throughout your programme and beyond.
